1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Breaking Fire (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.

3. Nature of the Service

Breaking Fire hosts sports entertainment contests across a wide range of sports. All contests are offered for entertainment purposes only. Breaking Fire does not endorse, recommend, or support illegal betting or gambling under any circumstances, and nothing on the Service is intended to be used in any direct or indirect violation of local, state, federal, or international laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws applicable to you.

4. SMS messaging program

Breaking Fire operates an SMS messaging program that sends transactional messages and notifications to users who have opted in, including contest schedules, entry reminders, result notifications, and account alerts.

4.1 How you opt in

You opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through the sign-up form at this website and checking the SMS consent box. The SMS consent box is not pre-selected; you must actively check it.

4.2 Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Breaking Fire does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

4.3 HELP and STOP

For help or questions about the SMS program, reply HELP to any message from us or text HELP to +19016057239. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable method, including by email to breakingfire2020@yahoo.com; such requests will be honored within 10 business days.

4.4 Supported carriers

The SMS program is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
